Water UK&I Contractor Market Lead (Remote)

AECOM is seeking a Contractor Market Lead to drive growth in the Water UK&I sector, working remotely from Cardiff with hybrid flexibility. You will lead market strategy, build strong contractor relationships, and expand the contractor-led portfolio across the UK.

You will manage bid governance, coordinate with European and Global Water teams, and guide recruitment for senior roles while championing SH&E and EDI across projects.
