We are renowned for our advanced, commercially-focused solutions and our unwavering commitment to excellence.Working in a fast-paced reactive environment, you will deliver high quality customer service and efficient business operations, for our key client. You will provide administration and organisational support to the Water Delivery Lead, and the wider Water Delivery Coordination team.Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across our systems, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations for our customer and contracted partners.This role is extremely busy and fast-paced and requires proven experience in working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities. Key responsibilities Ensure contractor management policies are up to date and remain visible and auditable Accurate entry, updating and maintenance of company data and records Daily review, updates and reconciliation of electronic records with high levels of accuracy, including booking in drivers/vehicles and preparing data for invoicing Verify and correct data to ensure completeness and compliance, including updating booking references and checking volumes/KMs of water Prepare, maintain and file both electronic and hard copy documentation such as; driver paperwork, and results and certificates from the testing of water samples Assist with general administration duties including, scheduling, filing, and internal correspondence, collaborating with colleagues across departments to collect and clarify information Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with relevant data protection regulations, including assisting with processing new drivers Ensure all requests and communication (emails, phone calls, Teams messages) are dealt with within agreed levels of service Raise purchase orders for contractor work, and review and process invoices Drive a culture of continuous improvement in Health & Safety, ensuring consistent standards are maintained What does it take to be successful?
