Water Civil Estimator - Tender & Bid Specialist

Carmichael UK is seeking an Estimator to join our team in Manchester to prepare estimates for civil engineering projects in the water sector, working with a tendering team to secure work.

You will interpret PQQ/ITT requirements, perform BoQ take-offs, and collaborate with Bid Managers, procurement, and business development to develop customer solutions and hand over to site teams upon contract award.
