Water Capture Strategy Lead for Major Pursuits

AECOM is seeking a Capture Management Lead for the UK Water business, based in Birmingham with flexible hybrid/remote options. You will own capture strategies and drive major opportunities (£25m+ revenue) with global and regional teams, reporting to the Water Strategy & Growth Director.

You will lead cross-functional pursuit teams, manage client engagement, governance, and win strategies while ensuring delivery excellence across the pursuit lifecycle.
