Wash Plant Operator - Detail-Driven & Flexible (Trial)

Holcim is seeking a Wash plant operative at Bardon Hill, Coalville to manage and maintain the wash plant, perform basic fault finding and monitor product quality. You will support efficient production and ensure belts run correctly while keeping the site clean and safe.

Training on the afternoon shift (2pm-10pm) for 1-2 months, then move to the night shift (9pm-7am, Mon-Thu). Contract 6-12 months with the potential for permanency; immediate start date.
