Castelan is seeking a Personal Claims Handler for our Weston-super-Mare location. You will take ownership of warranty claims from start to finish, providing reassurance, guidance and practical solutions to customers.

With no cold calling or sales targets, you will focus on supporting customers, resolving problems and delivering fair, positive outcomes. We offer full training and ongoing support in a friendly, collaborative team environment.
