Overview

Warehouse Operative - Location Colchester Essex. We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to support a busy production and warehouse environment based in Colchester. This is a hands on role within a fast paced setting, ideal for candidates with previous warehouse experience who are looking for long term opportunities and progression.

Responsibilities

• Assist within a production environment, supporting daily operations to ensure goods are handled efficiently and safely.
• General warehouse tasks, working as part of a team and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

Working Hours

• Shifts will be one of the following:
• 7am to 3.30pm
• 8am to 4.30pm
• 10am to 6pm
• Shift times are decided based on client needs, so flexibility is essential.

Pay Rates

• General Warehouse Operative £12.78 per hour
• FLT licence holders £13.12 per hour
• All roles offer progression through a structured grading system.

Contract Type

• Temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate
• Immediate start available

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• FLT certificate is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work within a production environment
• Good attention to detail and reliability
• Flexibility with working hours
• Must be based in or able to commute to Colchester Essex
