Job Description

DHL Supply Chain in Belfast is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to drive day-to-day operations, track performance against KPIs and ensure timely processing of customer requests.

You will lead a team, deliver performance reviews, supervise staff, and uphold SOPs and SSOW, with a focus on safety and efficiency. This is a 12-month secondment/fixed-term contract with shift patterns that cover mornings and afternoons.
