This is a practical, people-focused role where you will lead from the front, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while remaining actively involved on the warehouse floor. This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys motivating a small team, improving processes, and taking ownership of warehouse performance.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, support, and motivate a small warehouse team
• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and assist operationally where required
• Manage stock control, booking-in, order picking, packing, and despatch
• Accurately pick and pack smaller quantity orders
• Maintain ERP and WMS systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Plan and coordinate despatches efficiently
• Generate reports to support management decision-making
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role
• Strong ERP and WMS system experience
• Hands-on, proactive approach with the willingness to get involved
• Experience picking and packing smaller quantities with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent organisational and team leadership skills
• Forklift Counterbalance licence
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
