Warehouse Specialist

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing hardware, keeping our inventory systems up to date, and ensuring smooth logistics between our data centers

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
• Hardware unpacking and preparing for storage or installation.
• Pack and ship equipment according to internal guidelines and transport requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates to our inventory system (EAM and Confluence).
• Transferring equipment between our datacenters, including physical transportation if required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse and workspace.
• Follow established procedures and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with our logistics and distribution teams for hardware movement as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Linux/macOS Operating Systems is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or hardware support environment is a plus.
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain data accuracy.
• Physically capable of handling tasks that may require lifting and moving equipment.
• Residing within a commutable distance or willing to relocate for sustainable daily travel.
• Legally authorized to live and work in the Netherlands.
• Valid Driver's License (B category).
