Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off , 12-hour shifts - Days

Contract: Full time, permanent

Location: Riverside, Newburn

Looking for a leadership role where coordination and quality matter just as much as pace?

We're recruiting a Warehouse Shift Manager to support bakery dispatch operations, in a large, fast moving multi product environment (Gluten Free and our Core), ensuring products leave the site safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

The Role

This role focuses on planning, coordination and leadership within a bakery distribution environment. There is some hands on activity, but the emphasis is on managing the operation, rather than regular picking - set the standard, lead a high performing team, where safety comes first, every time. Being a key part of influencing change management and future projects, you'll bring data led decisions to the team and wider business.

You'll also have the opportunity to develop yourself over time, building broader knowledge and experience across the on site distribution function.

What You'll Be Doing?

• Leading and developing a warehouse picking team
• Coordinating dispatch with production teams
• Maintaining food safety and quality standards
• Monitoring performance and stock integrity
• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• SAP knowledge desirable
