Location: Long Marston, Stratford Upon Avon (Meon Vale, CV37)
Contract: Temporary ongoing - Full time
Pay Rate: £13 per hour Overtime £19.50 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: Monday-Friday
Shifts: Rotating - 07:00-15:00 & 09:00-17:00

We're looking for motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our well established client in Long Marston. If you're seeking stable, full time work with an immediate start, this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and hardworking team.
What You'll Be Doing- Repairing pallets to set quality standards
- Operating tray-washing machinery
- Supporting a variety of general warehouse duties
- Adhering to all site health & safety procedures
- Completing physical tasks as part of daily operations
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
- Proactive, reliable, and able to maintain strong performance levels
- Comfortable working towards targets and deadlines
- Physically fit due to the hands on nature of the role
- Good communication, numeracy, and basic IT skills
- A self motivated attitude and strong work ethic
