Annual salary of £27,000 with optional bonus after successful probation period. Excellent in house training and future prospects, with over 95% of staff promoted from within.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for approachable, all rounded customer support/warehouse operations candidates who thrive under pressure and can deliver exceptional customer service while also working within a warehouse supporting role. Full UK driving licence is required as you'd be driving with a company van.

Furthermore, this would be a great opportunity for those interested in pursuing a long term career and willing to progress into managerial or senior sales roles in the future, amongst other internal career routes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, answer emails, identify and evaluate customers' needs to deliver satisfaction, go the extra mile to engage customers, purchase stock, operate general POS, communicate with colleagues, and provide customers with updates. IT skills advantageous.
• Warehouse duties: picking, packing, receiving, cycle counts, managing shipping and processing goods in, general warehouse operations. Forklift licence a big plus but can be obtained on the job.
