Job Description

Are you looking for a long-term temporary warehouse role with an established company offering excellent facilities, regular hours and genuine opportunities to progress? We're recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution team in Bordon. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a modern warehouse environment with a supportive team, excellent staff facilities and the potential for a temporary-to-permanent position for the right candidates. Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch.


• Loading, unloading and moving stock safely throughout the warehouse.


• Labelling products and maintaining accurate stock locations.


• Using warehouse computer systems to process orders and update stock.


• Carrying out quality checks to ensure accuracy.


• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.


• Supporting the wider warehouse operation as required.

Working Hours

• AM Shift (6:00am - 2:00pm)


• PM Shift (2:00pm - 10:00pm)


• 37.5-hour working week


• 30-minute unpaid lunch


• Overtime paid at time and a half after 37.5 hours

Skills, Experience & Training Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.


• Own transport is essential due to the location and shift times.


• Good level of written and spoken English.


• Basic computer literacy.


• Physically fit and comfortable undertaking manual handling duties.


• Reliable with a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.


• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
