Location: Robertsbridge
Pay: £13.87 per hour
Job Type: Temporary - PAYE via Pertemps

We are currently seeking committed Warehouse Operatives to support a busy and fast paced site in Robertsbridge. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, well established organisation that depends on a flexible workforce to cover holiday, sickness, and periods of increased demand. As a Warehouse Operative, you will work on a rotating shift pattern that includes both day and night shifts, so adaptability is essential.

Please note: This location cannot be accessed by public transport or on foot. A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
• Ensuring goods are handled, stored, and secured correctly
• Maintaining clean and safe working areas in line with site standards
• Following all safety rules and operational procedures

To succeed in the Warehouse Operative role, you should have:

• Experience within warehousing, distribution, weighbridge operations, or loading bays (desirable but not essential)
• Good physical fitness and confidence with manual handling tasks
• Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts
• Your own transport due to the site's remote location
