The Best Connection are currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives in the Welshpool area (SY21 8SZ).

Position: Warehouse Operative
Location: Welshpool (SY21 8SZ)
Hours: Monday to Friday morning, 00:00am - 09:00am
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Contract Type: Ongoing Temporary

The Role

Working within a busy warehouse environment, you will be responsible for ensuring stock and customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently for distribution and dispatch.

Duties Include

• Picking and packing orders
• Sorting stock and parcels
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Preparing goods for dispatch
• Scanning and labelling products
• Checking orders for accuracy
• General warehouse housekeeping
• Following health and safety procedures
• Working to targets in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual with excellent timekeeping
• Physically fit due to the nature of the role
• Able to work night shifts on an ongoing basis
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
