We are looking for experienced warehouse operative to join a global independent soft drinks manufacturer with 78 manufacturing sites worldwide including 6 sites in the UK, based in Bridgwater (TA6) - 6 month Fixed term contract
- Salary £32,050.70 pa (Basic £29,137.00 with a shift allowance of £2,913.70) - 4 on 4 off Rolling Shift pattern
- Day: 06:00 to 18:00 / 07:00 to 19:00 & Night: 18:00 to 06:00 or 19:00 - 07:00

As a warehouse operative you'll play a key role in keeping our fast-paced FMCG operation running smoothly by ensuring materials and finished products are stored, moved and supplied safely and efficiently.
Working as part of a large logistics team, you'll support both production and dispatch, helping to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and to the highest standards No two shifts are the same
- as a Warehouse Operative, you'll be moving palletised goods, loading and unloading stock, preparing products for dispatch and maintaining accurate stock control.
A key part of the role is operating a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) truck, placing and retrieving stock from racking up to 16 metres high (approximately a 3-4 storey building). Previous VNA, Reach Truck or Counterbalance experience is desirable but not essential, as full VNA training will be provided.
You'll also ensure all Health & Safety, Food Safety and Quality standards are followed at all times.
Ideally, you'll be someone who enjoys working in a busy warehouse environment, takes pride in working safely and accurately, and is comfortable working at height.
You'll be proactive, reliable and enjoy working as part of a team to keep operations running efficiently.
Warehouse Operative: Key ResponsibilitiesMoving, storing and supplying materials and finished products throughout the warehouse.
Operating a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) truck following full training.
Loading and unloading palletised goods safely and efficiently.
Placing and retrieving stock from racking up to 16 metres high.
Preparing products for production and customer dispatch.
Maintaining accurate stock control and supporting inventory accuracy.
