Warehouse Operative - UttoxeterLocation: UttoxeterJob Type: Full-Time (8:00am - 4:00pm)Pay Rate: £14.05 per hourContract: Temporary to PermanentOur client is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join their busy logistics team in Uttoxeter. The RoleAs a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse.

• Safely loading and unloading deliveries
• Receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock
• Preparing orders for dispatch, including packing and labelling
• Inspecting deliveries for quality, quantity, and accuracy
• Maintaining accurate stock records using internal systems and spreadsheets
• Supporting stock transfers between sites
• Preparing courier shipments to meet delivery deadlines
• Assisting with the preparation of gas cylinders, including cleaning and painting

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Basic computer literacy, including email and stock management systems
• Ability to complete paperwork accurately
• Understanding of safe manual handling practices
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• FLT (Forklift Truck) licence desirable but not essential
