Overview

As a Warehouse Operative / Production Operative based in Maidstone, you will join a manufacturing team operating Monday to Thursday from 7:30am to 4:30pm, and Friday from 7:30am to 1:00pm. This full-time contract pays £12.71 per hour. Your duties involve using tools, machinery, and industrial equipment to assemble high-quality goods. This hands-on position suits those with backgrounds in factory, assembly, or machine operation roles. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow production schedules are essential. Production Operative Required

Key Responsibilities

• Working as a Production Operative within a busy factory environment


• Carrying out assembly and manufacturing tasks to company specifications


• Using hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment safely and effectively


• Operating production machinery and equipment


• Completing repetitive production and assembly work with a high level of accuracy


• Following manufacturing instructions and production schedules

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operating role is advantageous


• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the working day


• Good manual dexterity and practical skills


• Ability to use hand tools and basic workshop equipment


• Strong attention to detail and quality standards


• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking approach


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, assembly, or production environments is desirable but not essential
