Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid FLT licence? Looking for a stable, permanent position within a friendly and supportive team? Our client is seeking a motivated Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver to join their growing operation in Lympne, Kent.

Location: Lympne, Kent (own transport required due to location)Contract Type: PermanentWorking Pattern: Monday to FridayHours: 8:00am - 5:00pmStart Date: ASAPPay Rate: £13.13 per hourThe Role

This is a varied warehouse role where you'll be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring stock is handled safely and efficiently, and operating a forklift truck as part of your daily duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a friendly team to achieve daily targets and deadlines.
• Load and unload deliveries safely while adhering to health and safety procedures.
• Operate a Counterbalance forklift truck to move, store, and retrieve stock.
• Conduct stock checks and inventory counts to maintain accurate records.
• Operate warehouse equipment and carry out manual handling tasks safely.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Assist with goods-in and goods-out processes.
• Occasionally drive to other company sites to deliver goods when required.

What We're Looking For

• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Previous experience operating a forklift truck within a warehouse environment.
• Warehouse experience and a strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
