Warehouse Health & Safety Lead: Policy, Training & Risk

The Caraires Consultancy is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join a new site management team at a warehouse operation in the United Kingdom. You will develop and embed health & safety policies, lead training, investigate incidents, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will oversee risk assessments, implement corrective actions, and maintain safety records, audits and inspections while collaborating with site managers to align operations with safety standards.
