Job Description

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Factory Operatives to join our team at British Rema. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established company, contributing to the production and processing of high-quality materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Handling, processing, and packaging materials in line with company standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times
• Assisting with loading and unloading goods
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications

Duration: On going Temp to Perm Opportunity

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: What We Offer:

• £12.71 per hour rising to £13.50

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating shifts / fixed shifts available (e.g. 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm)
• Overtime may be available depending on workload

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Good attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
• Flexibility to work shifts where required
