Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for transferring raw materials to various departments as needed to support ongoing operations
• Prepare and stage raw materials and necessary equipment for safe and efficient entry into the production area
• Transport and organize finished products for delivery to the warehouse, ensuring accurate placement and documentation
• Manage the movement of goods between internal and external shops, including both outgoing and incoming transfers
• Conduct thorough checks and inspections of all products received in the shop during unloading to ensure quality and accuracy
• Oversee the proper management, safe storage, and handling of hazardous chemicals in compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming documents, ensuring they are properly logged and filed for traceability
• Monitor and support the implementation of training modules, ensuring all procedures and guidelines are effectively followed
• Actively participate in regular inventory checks to support accurate stock control and reporting
• Contribute to the general maintenance, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse to promote a safe and efficient work environment

Your Requirements:

• Training in the use of a stacker is considered an asset
• Basic computer skills are an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an asset
• Ability to work well as part of a team, perform tasks quickly and efficiently, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and organization
• Organized, detail-oriented, rigorous, and adaptable with a high level of flexibility
• French language proficiency is required
