Built in 2017 and expanded in 2021, Myonex Leicester, our UK clinical trial storage and distribution facility, manages both IMP/NIMP and equipment supplies. The local teams work in tandem with other Myonex facilities to ensure seamless clinical trial supply sourcing and distribution across Europe, particularly taking into account the impact of Brexit and QP oversight. We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join the Operations team on a part time basis.
RoleAs a Warehouse Associate you will support the smooth running of our warehouse operations. This is a part time role working 27.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 5.5 hours per day between 9:00 am and 3:30 pm (exact hours to be agreed with the successful applicant). In this role you will work primarily with pharmaceuticals, picking and packing orders, receiving shipments, shipping products, controlling inventory and carrying out housekeeping tasks. Accuracy and precision are vital as you will handle highly regulated goods.
Responsibilities- Pick and pack orders accurately.
- Receive and ship shipments.
- Control inventory and maintain accurate records.
- Carry out housekeeping tasks to keep the warehouse clean and safe.
- Follow written and verbal instructions closely.
- Experience within warehousing, particularly goods in/goods out operations, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment.
- Intermediate understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- At least GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- Excellent attention to detail and an accurate approach to work.
- Strong communication skills and team ethic.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions closely.
- Salary of £19,066.67 - £20,533.33 per annum.
