Position Summary: This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of both our production and warehouse environments. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Support:

• Receiving and Storing Goods
• Inventory Management
• Order Picking, Packing, Shipping and Dispatching
• Equipment Operation and Maintenance
• Safety and Cleanliness

Production Support:

• Assist with preparing hardware for new clients.
• Installing and testing the correct software on devices.
• Pick and pack shipments for delivery.
• Remote assistance for new client installations.
• Document customer interactions and feedback.

Skills and Qualifications:

• No prior experience required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
• Basic proficiency with Google software (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Professional demeanour and appearance.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Customer service orientation and the ability to handle customer interactions positively.
