Warehouse Admin & Customer Service Specialist

Zendbox, a leader in eCommerce fulfilment, is seeking a proactive Warehouse Administrator and Customer Service Agent to support our clients from our UK site. You will handle inquiries by email, phone and chat, process orders, and help manage stock information.

You'll work closely with internal teams, document interactions, and contribute to accurate records. Strong IT skills, attention to detail and reliable work ethic are essential.
