Key Responsibilities- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored care plans for clients.
- Providing expert guidance and supervision to junior staff and students within the team.

- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments as necessary.

- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in mental health social work, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practices.
