Waiting Staff

This role is for waiting staff in Central London, providing front of house service across prestigious venues on a temporary contract. Working patterns vary and require flexibility for events and service periods. The position pays between £12.71 and £14.80 per hour, with accurate holiday pay included.

• Banqueting Waiting Staff (all levels, with fine dining experience)
• Food and Beverage Waiting Staff
• Bartenders
• General Assistants
• Trained Baristas
• Hospitality Professionals with prior contract catering experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple orders efficiently in fast paced settings
• Assist in setup and breakdown of dining and event spaces
• Maintain cleanliness and service flow during events
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and service teams

Qualifications

• Prior experience in banqueting or fine dining
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Confidence in guest facing roles with a can do attitude
• Background in 4 or 5 star establishments preferred
• Professional, punctual, and well organised
• Hold Level 2 Food Safety and Allergens certificates
• Must be over 18 years old
• Fully uniformed: smart white and black shirt, black trousers, black smart shoes, black tie
