Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there's a kids' club for the little ones and a workspace.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Waiter to join our wonderful team in The Billiards, our fine dining Chinese restaurant.

The on target earning potential for this Waiter role is £33,560 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £27,560, plus a qualified estimate of £6,000 in gratuities and service charge .

Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

• Deliver a warm and memorable dining experience for every guest who visits our fine dining Chinese restaurant.
• Serve food and beverages throughout the day-covering lunch and dinner services-with a commitment to excellence.
• Take pride in every task, playing an essential role as part of our Food & Beverage team, ensuring the space is always set up for success.
• Address guest inquiries with care or resolve any concerns with a positive attitude, helping create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, and ambiance, especially during busy dinner periods.
• Utilise upselling skills and encourage teammates to enhance the overall guest experience, ensuring every interaction is warm, professional, and memorable.

About gratuities & service charge:

• Gratuities (tips) are paid on a pro rated basis regardless of your role.
• It is estimated that in 2026, our full time employees can expect to receive in the range of £6,000 in addition to their annual salary.
