Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa - Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there's a kids' club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a 'hosted home', bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

The Role:

We are looking for an attentive and professional Waiter to join the Food & Beverage team at Eynsham Baths, the Roman inspired spa at Estelle Manor. You will deliver exceptional table service within this relaxed yet luxurious environment, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless wellness and hospitality experience.

• You'll be delivering a warm and memorable experience for every guest who visits Eynsham Baths.
• Your main focus will be serving food and beverages throughout the day covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner services with a commitment to excellence.
• You'll take pride in every task, playing an essential role as part of our Food & Beverage team, ensuring that the space is always set up for success.
• Whether addressing guest inquiries with care or resolving any concerns with a positive attitude, you'll help create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and ambiance will be key, particularly during our busy lunch and dinner periods.

Who we are looking for

• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
• Front of house experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests
• An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic
• Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail
• A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting.

The on target earning potential for this role is £32,716.96 per annum per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £26,476.96, plus a qualified estimate of £6,000 in gratuities and service charge . Please note this role is paid hourly at £12.73 so this is a projected salary and OTE.

Gratuities & service charge
