VR Social Media Support Specialist - Belfast Hub

Concentrix is hiring a Social Media Specialist in Belfast to provide a premium, white glove experience across social media, chat, email, WhatsApp and calls. You will own issues, respond quickly, and engage customers with professional tone to boost satisfaction.

The role requires strong English writing, fast, accurate typing, and interest in VR. It is based at our Belfast VR Hub with 40 hours weekly, including late shifts up to midnight.
