VP, XVA Product Controller - Hybrid London

Nomura's London-based Product Control team seeks a Vice President to lead the BRM/XVA desk, oversee daily P&L and balance-sheet substantiation, and drive automated controls in partnership with Front Office and regional teams.

The role requires deep CVA/FVA knowledge, derivatives expertise, strong quantitative skills and the ability to collaborate with senior traders in a fast-paced, hybrid London environment.
