We are looking for a Vice President, Product Management to lead our core product platforms, drive innovation in the use of GenAI and AI Agents across our product suite, and act as a strategic partner to the Product Leads of our three business segments. This role will ensure that our shared platforms, design standards, and innovation frameworks enable faster iteration, greater scalability, and deeper integration of AI into client workflows. About the role Defining and governing core product platforms that serve all business segments, ensuring scalability, reusability, and consistency. Leading the integration of GenAI, agentic applications, and AI-driven UX into Wood Mackenzie's product design and roadmap. Acting as a strategic partner to Product Leads in each business segment, ensuring alignment, best practice sharing, and platform leverage. Establishing systematic client engagement processes (advisory councils, design partnerships, feedback loops) to ground innovation in client workflows. Creating a culture of fast iteration and experimentation-supporting MVPs, pilots, and agile practices that accelerate speed-to-market. Partnering with Product Engineering, Data & Knowledge Platforms, and Architecture to ensure platforms enable rapid, reliable product delivery. Recruiting, mentoring, and developing diverse product talent to sustain long-term success. Acting as a thought leader on workflow solutions and AI-enhanced product management, inside and outside the company. About you and how you can excel in this role Self-starter, energised by challenge, passionate about platform building and AI innovation. Contemporary, data-driven product leader with a track record in workflow applications, analytics platforms, and AI-driven products. Experience managing scalable, reusable product platforms across a large, complex portfolio. Strong expertise in B2B SaaS, analytics, and workflow applications; ideally in energy, renewables, or adjacent sectors. Experience introducing and operationalizing GenAI, AI Agents, and AI-driven UX within commercial products. Proven ability to accelerate iteration cycles and deliver outcomes via MVPs, pilots, and agile methods. Deep understanding of customer and business value with the ability to make smart trade-offs in complex organisations. Advanced stakeholder communication and influence skills, especially in partnering with business segment product leaders. Track record of balancing strategic platform development with hands-on execution. Passion for coaching, building teams, and fostering a culture of innovation and client-centricity.
