VP of Security & Infrastructure for Health AI

Flo Health Inc. seeks a VP Security & Infrastructure to lead security strategy, governance, and platform security for a privacy-first, high-scale health tech platform with 80M+ MAU. You will own security programs, data protection, and compliance across ISO standards, AI security, and external risk governance.

You will drive secure development lifecycle, cloud architecture (GCP/AWS), and collaboration with product and engineering teams to balance speed and risk at scale. Hybrid work supported.
