We are seeking a commercially driven Vice President of Product Growth to accelerate market penetration and revenue expansion across a portfolio of industry leading EHSQ, Quality, and GRC SaaS solutions. This role owns product go to market strategy and growth initiatives across ANZ, with a clear mandate to drive measurable business outcomes through product led expansion.

As VP of Product Growth, you will operate at the intersection of product strategy and commercial execution. Working as a peer to Product Management leadership, you will define how products are positioned, packaged, launched, and scaled in the market. You will translate product capabilities into compelling value propositions that drive adoption, expansion, and long term customer value.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product led growth strategies to increase market penetration and account expansion
  • Identify and prioritise growth opportunities across new use cases, verticals, and adjacent markets
  • Design portfolio expansion strategies, including bundling and cross sell motions
  • Own growth metrics including adoption, expansion revenue, bundle attach rates, and portfolio penetration
  • Own end to end go to market strategy across ANZ
  • Lead product launches, including positioning, messaging, and enablement
  • Build scalable GTM playbooks aligned to customer needs and buying behaviours
  • Define clear product positioning and competitive differentiation
  • Design pricing, packaging, and bundling strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth
  • Enable Sales and Customer Success with product messaging, sales plays, and value frameworks
Skills and Experience
  • Senior B2B SaaS experience in product growth, product marketing, or product management
  • Proven success scaling multi product or platform based software businesses
  • Strong understanding of SaaS economics, pricing, and portfolio strategy
  • Experience in regulated or compliance driven markets preferred
  • Ability to lead through influence in complex, cross functional environments
