VP of People & Organizational Strategy

Virgin Atlantic is looking for a VP People to join the People Leadership Team. This senior role requires leading the People Strategy and partnering with senior leadership to enhance performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have significant HR leadership experience, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. A Chartered FCIPD qualification or equivalent is required.
