VP, New Builds & Dry Docks - Fleet Growth Leader

Disney Cruise Line in London is seeking a VP for New Builds & Dry Docks to drive fleet growth, refurbishments, and new ship initiatives. You will align business, operations, and shipyard partners with WDI to deliver guest- and crew-centric ships on time and on budget.

The role requires senior leadership experience, shipbuilding and regulatory know-how, and the ability to travel internationally. Based in London with 4 days on site and one day remote, you will lead multi-site programs with senior
