MSquared is building a revolutionary AI-powered platform that will allow anyone to create and share games with their friends - no coding skills needed. We are seeking an exceptional social media native marketing leader to drive the launch and growth of our consumer AI product.

We are looking for a visionary VP Marketing, effectively an AI Viral Meme Creator, to spearhead our go-to-market strategy. This role is not about traditional B2B or PaaS marketing; it's about making something on social media that goes viral and gets shared. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating silly, shareable content that leverages trending topics and challenges, driving organic reach and significant user engagement.

• Go-to-market: You'll be directly accountable for delivering end to end multi-million-dollar ARR through creative campaigns with performance incentives tied to measurable outcomes.
• Viral Content Creation & Ideation: Lead the creation of engaging, humorous, and culturally relevant content that resonates with social media audiences.
• Influencer Engagement: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key influencers, celebrities, and comedians to create compelling and shareable content.
• Funnel Management: Manage the entire marketing funnel, from initial attraction and campaign attribution to ROI analysis and user retention metrics.
• Agency Management: Effectively manage relationships with external marketing and influencer agencies, ensuring strategic alignment and cost-effectiveness.
• Market Trend Analysis: Stay on the cutting edge of viral trends, social media dynamics, and consumer behavior to continuously innovate marketing approaches.
• Product Marketing: Work closely with product and development teams to identify opportunities for viral loops and product enhancements that drive commercial success.

• Social Media Native: Are you deeply embedded in meme culture, live online, and thrive on moving fast, "trying 100 things even if 90 don't work."
• Proven Viral Marketing Track Record: Demonstrated success in generating millions of views and driving significant user growth with frugal budgets through creative and influencer-led strategies.
• B2C Expertise: Strong experience in business-to-consumer (B2C) product marketing, preferably in the gaming, entertainment, or consumer tech sectors.
• Energetic & Tenacious: A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to experiment with new ideas and comfortable with rapid iteration and potential failures as part of the learning process.
• Accountability & Ownership: Deep sense of ownership and direct accountability for achieving ambitious revenue targets.
• Data-Driven: Ability to analyze campaign performance, attribute success, and make data-informed decisions to optimize marketing spend and strategies, summarizing performance to an executive level.
• Location: Willingness to regularly visit our London office to work closely with the core AI team.
