VP Head of Payroll & Benefits - Permanent - London - Hybrid - Competitive package

Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be exclusively partnered with a global organisation, looking for an experienced VP Head of Payroll & Benefits, to lead their payroll function. The role will deliver effective and timely running of multiple payrolls, across various locations. Alongside related payroll reporting, as well as the review and renewal of all benefit programs. The role will also be heavily involved in both external and internal audits, as well as general HR operational process improvements. This position will play a key role in driving payroll excellence, while leading a small payroll team. The role is offered on a hybrid basis consisting of 3 days per week, based in their London office.

The VP Head of Payroll & Benefits will be responsible for duties such as:

  • Responsible for the running of the UK payroll, including a detailed reconciliation of net month to month variance.
  • Responsible for Singapore payroll and submission of all mandatory tax reporting.
  • Management of international pay-runs including managing Italian Social Security shadow pay run and ensuring complete compliance with Italian authorities, and managing monthly Dubai payroll, including mandatory DEWs process and contribution reporting.
  • Manage all data required to complete the Non Resident Directors (NRD) pay runs each month.
  • Responsible for the annual Short Term Business Visitors (STBV). Ensuring correct gross up and non gross up of total compensation elements.
  • Supervise the HR Analyst, providing guidance and training in development areas.
  • Run project ensuring aboulishment of P11ds and mandatory payrolling of benefits.
  • Conduct periodical market review of benefit packages.
Key Skills
  • Extensive experience in global payroll leadership, covering UK, EMEA, APAC, and USA regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Experience managing and developing medium payroll teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
