VP, Global Workforce Change & Restructuring

Barclays is seeking a Workforce Change & Restructuring Change Manager - VP to support the delivery of global change and restructuring initiatives from its Glasgow office. The role is hybrid (3 in-office days) and a 6-month contract, PAYE only, based in Scotland.

The candidate will drive initiatives across entities, handling consultations, due diligence, and governance with in-country HRBP and ER teams. Key responsibilities include initiating projects, due diligence, consultations,
