VP, Customer Success - Enterprise Growth (EMEA)

WRITER is seeking a seasoned VP, Customer Success, EMEA to lead the region's CS organization and partner with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 executives to deliver lasting operational change. You'll own retention and growth, scale a world-class team, and shape how enterprises measure success in the agentic era.

You'll report to the COO and collaborate with the CEO and CRO, in a hybrid London-based role, helping WRITER expand its impact across markets while aligning CS strategy with product and sales.
