We are seeking a motivated contract wording specialist with at least 4 year's experience to work alongside two dedicated specialist professionals.# Duties and Responsibilities: Draft, review, and deliver reinsurance contracts to internal and external clients that accurately reflect negotiated terms. Deliver all contracts in a timely manner. Revise documents as needed throughout the lifecycle of the (re)insurance placement and evaluate contract revisions holistically to ensure contract terms continue to align. Practice the collaborative, negotiation and investigative skills needed to secure detailed contract information to promote efficient workflow with broker teams. Make informed, thoughtful and relevant recommendations to the contractual product, raising potential issues as appropriate. Offer informed interpretations of contract language, ensuring contract wording reflects intent of reinsurance negotiations. Proactively recommend coverage and wording enhancements and raise potential coverage issues, as appropriate. Engage in calls with clients, markets and colleagues in a professional manner. Leverage excellent writing skills to influence internal and external business partners and expedite contract negotiations.
