Job Description
Vice President - Migration Lead

London or Manchester - (Hybrid - 3 days per week) Fixed Term Contract

Delta Capita is seeking a Vice President - Migration Lead to join our high performing Consulting team in London. This is a strategic leadership role focused on delivering complex platform migrations for Tier 1 financial institutions, with a particular emphasis on Loan IQ and ACBS.

As a senior leader, you will drive the end to end migration lifecycle, from planning and data mapping to execution and post migration validation. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder alignment and regulatory compliance throughout the transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale platform migrations from ACBS to Loan IQ, including planning, execution and cutover support.
  • Own and manage migration strategy, data reconciliation, defect triage and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (Ops, Tech, Risk, Compliance) to ensure data integrity and operational readiness.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in wholesale lending, syndicated loans and loan servicing operations.
  • Serve as the primary client interface, building strong relationships and ensuring stakeholder engagement at all levels.
  • Drive continuous improvement across tools, methodologies and delivery frameworks.
  • Support migration weekends and high pressure cutover events as needed.
  • Contribute to internal capability building, mentoring junior consultants and supporting business development efforts.
Required Experience & Skills:
  • BA/PM with experience within financial services, with a focus on wholesale lending and loan servicing.
  • Proven track record of leading ACBS and Loan IQ migrations in a consulting or banking environment.
  • Deep understanding of loan lifecycle events, data structures and operational workflows.
  • Strong command of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead under pressure, manage ambiguity and deliver in evolving project environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and hybrid delivery models.
  • Willingness to support weekend migration events when required.

Expectations regarding Hybrid Working:

Our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client's offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns with what our client's policies and expectations are. Most of our clients now require a minimum of three days per week in the office, two days from home; this is likewise the minimum expectation that Delta Capita requires.
