Voucher Scheme Customer Advisor (Hybrid, Abingdon)

Gigaclear plc is seeking a Customer Voucher Admin in Abingdon, working within the Voucher Admin Team to support the UKGV Voucher Scheme. The role is hybrid with 3 days per week at the Abingdon Head Office and involves outbound/inbound customer contact, voucher submissions, and data loading into the CRM.

The successful candidate will balance customer needs with compliance, have strong Excel skills, and contribute to voucher scheme performance through proactive case ownership and follow-up.
