Volunteer Program Lead (Maternity Cover) - Hybrid

Caudwell Children is seeking an experienced Volunteer Manager to cover maternity leave. Based in Newcastle, Staffordshire with hybrid working options, you will lead the volunteer programme and oversee onboarding, DBS checks and training.

You will work across departments to recruit and retain volunteers, manage the Volunteer Administrator, and report on activity to senior leadership, supporting families of disabled and neurodivergent children.
