Volunteer Experience & Engagement Lead (Remote/Hybrid)

RGIT Australia is seeking a passionate and organised Volunteer Experience and Engagement Officer to support our volunteers across the UK. This part-time permanent role involves recruiting, engaging, and celebrating our volunteers to ensure they have a rewarding experience.

Key responsibilities include managing volunteer applications, coordinating onboarding, and fostering a strong volunteer community to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Remote work is involved with travel to various sites across the UK, supporting a flexible work model with 21 hours per week across at least three days.
