Volunteer Engagement Coordinator (Part-Time, Cornwall)

Inspiringwomennetwork is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to enhance our volunteer programme and engage the community, particularly minoritised individuals. The role is 15 hours per week, includes flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends, and requires travel across Cornwall.

The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to empowering diverse volunteers. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a possibility of extension.
