Volunteer Coordinator

The role is to coordinate a team of over 600 volunteers supporting them throughout their journey with Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust, to ensure they enjoy their time with us and that there is a progression route to develop skills, experience and take action for nature.

Are you a people person and do you want to use your skills to help put nature into recovery in Gloucestershire? We are looking for an excellent communicator with experience of working with and coordinating volunteers to join our team.

You will be passionate about the natural world and supporting people to develop and utilise their skills, whilst also being a great team worker and having excellent IT skills.
