Void Properties Joiner & Multitrade (8-Month Contract)

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced joiner for an 8-month contract located in Loughborough to refurbish void council properties. You will perform joinery repairs, door hanging, kitchen fitting, basic plumbing, and wall tiling as part of a small Voids Team.

The role requires proven joinery skills, ability to work independently, and a full UK driving licence; own tools are essential. Works are on council properties under local authority guidelines.
