Job OverviewRole: UC & Network Specialist, part of VodafoneThree network security team.Contract: Full time, permanent.Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits.
What you'll do- Provisioning a range of UC endpoints and associated network infrastructure at scale, providing remote support to field teams.
- Produce and maintain Local Work Instruction (LWI) documentation and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
- Driving automation for provisioning tasks on network and UC platforms.
- Maintain up-to-date records of provisioning activities, configurations, and customer setups.
- Collaborate with Service Desk, support teams and Vendors to resolve complex issues on Network and UC platforms.
- Experience in delivery of network solutions supporting voice/video.
- Experience writing technical documentation such as LWI's.
- Demonstrable troubleshooting skills and approach to fault resolution.
- Knowledge of network concepts that affect call quality, VoIP performance and Security (TCP, UDP, SIP, RTP, QoS, 802.1x).
- Experience working within a strict security framework.
- Can demonstrate working experience at a Cisco CCNA level in either Enterprise or Collaboration tracks.
- Successful candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a minimum of DV level security clearance.
